@Matthews842 Are you BT/EE moved customer, you do not say, but final bill is way out there especially if out off the blue and not a single text e-mail before that point! You could also be legacy EE and getting moved to the NEW EE, CS can tell you all that!
Contact EE CS asap, or next is the line and broadband possibly gone!
