Yesterday was activation and I was online but today the router is flashing orange and will no longer work. I have turned it off and on several times to no avail. Is this a common problem?
I work from home and this is very inconvenient as I get little phone data in my house.
Any help / suggestions very welcome please and thank you.

I tried the link but it wouldn’t load as my phone isn’t connected to the internet I’m afraid.

@Tommo1979 ONT lights do look OK, but no guarantee that the Router is connecting and passing to EE.
Have you tried powering off both ONT and EE Router, then ONT on takes a few minutes to boot, once booted EE Router on, it takes 5 minutes to boot, watch led's of both in boot sequence.

I hadn’t tried that so I did it but got the same result. I have an engineer coming out but they won’t be here for a week yet. Thanks for the suggestion any others very much appreciated
