Old BT Hub

I have recently switched from BT Broadband to EE, I still have my old BT Hub, when will I receive a new EE hub?

There isn't anything wrong with the hub, except that it's an old BT one and about 5 years old.  I thought that with switching, they would replace it.

EE are tending not to send out new routers to users moving from BT but making them make do with their BT SH2s which do work on EE BB but are only WiFi5.
