Mailing shot says I can get full fibre but website and sales team say I can’t

Hi,

I have had two mailing shots now saying that I should be able to get full fibre to my house (open reach website also says so), but when I check the web site or contact the sales agents they can only offer me part fibre. Does anyone have any idea of whether EE will be able to free me full fibre at some point or is their marketing department just not linked in with what EE can actually deliver?

thanks

Mailing shots from whom?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Hi,

Mailshot from EE

Looks like a blind mailshot by EE.

OR may have laid the infrastructure for Full Fibre in your area but it hasn't yet been made available to ISPs to sell. Keep an eye on that BTw Availability Checker & watch out for "WBC FTTP" appearing as a product.
