Smart Hub Plus (SH32B) - Port forwarding - Error CHOP3-803

I'm trying to delete the one port forwarding rule I have currently set up. I get this:

DavidAJames_0-1750642746469.png

When I do retry (by clicking the "Save" button at the top right again), the yellow "Changes need to be saved" at top right changes briefly to "Saving changes ..." and then back to "Changes need to be saved".

I've restarted the smart hub and that has not changed this behaviour.

Any suggestions, before I prod the "Reset" button on the back of the "Smart Hub"?

Hi @David-A-James

I'm not sure why that error is showing for you. I think the best bet is trying to reset your router.

If it still isn't working, it may be worth speaking with our technical support team.

@Christopher_G  I have reset the router, and that has fixed the problem.

Is there any way of taking a backup of the router's configuration?

My previous router (a previous generation, the PlusNet Hub One for FTTC) had the ability to save and restore the router's configuration.

Having to re-do manually all the configuration after a factory reset of the router is getting very boring.

There is no Save & Restore with EE latest SHs. Great deficiency!
