Norton Licences

I’m on a full works package after switching from BT, I had 15 free licences, and when I 1st switched to EE, I also had 15 licences, but today I decided to do a clean install on the PC, and when I installed it, when I went to activate it, it came back no licences available and I need to purchase a subscription.
when I checked my security on the EE app about managing my licences it came back with the same result.

@robh661 : Uninstalling Norton from a PC is not enough. You need to also
tell your Norton a/c to release the Licence.Capture.JPG

I tried what you suggested, but now it’s saying there’s no subscription associated with my EE account, and I must resubscribe for £2 a month for 2 devices or £5 a month for the 15 device licence even  though I thought  it was free for life.

Once you've freed up the licences you need on each device that you want a licence to run Norton & under Help? to Enter Product Key.

Whatever the problem was yesterday, it was working today and I was able to activate Norton and I also remove my old used licences.

Thanks again.
