No light on new hub

Hi 

I've just received a new hub, plugged it into a working socket, pressed the on button and no light comes on.

Help!! (Please)

Welcome to the community.

If there are no lights at all on the hub, it usually means it’s not getting power.

Could you check to make sure the power cable is firmly plugged in at both the hub and the wall.

It’s also worth testing another device in the same socket to make sure the socket is working, and trying a different plug socket just in case.

If there are still no lights after that, please get in touch with our customer support team, who will be able to run through some more checks to help further.

@Joanna501 You will need to give EE CS a call, just be sure that the connection back off the Hub is firmly pushed in....
