Lat Friday I was supposed to transfer to EE from Vodafone. Vodafone service had stopped working in the morning but using EE router there was no service. I called and told 'order not completed' it will come by midnight. When next morning was no service new call to be told that this was raised with Openrech who have 2 working days to respond. I called Tuesday  (5th day without service) to be told there will be be no update until Wednesday that they dont know what the problem is and that this was not escalated to open reach on Saturday. Waiting tomorrow for an update. It feels you are in a black hole where computer says no and nobody seems to want to do anything

Very disappointed with EEs service that is unacceptable

@ArgirisCardiff If you are transferring from full fibre then double check to make sure you've already got an openreach ONT as some packages VF aren't connected via openreach and would require an ONT swap and possibly a new fibre being run to connect to the openreach fibre network.
