No broadband service

Hello, first post because I’m not getting anywhere speaking to EE and I’ve got no way to contact open reach.

I’ve upgraded to Wi-Fi 7 the engineer came out to do the work Friday but said he couldn’t complete the work because something had gotten wet! 
he then left leaving me with no service all weekend and no idea when or if they are coming back this is unacceptable in a world where the house is connected through my internet.

I'm also a full time student with deadlines for assignments and I’ve had to spend my weekend trying to do assignments at other peoples homes.

what am I supposed to do?

Hi Jack

You will not get anywhere with EE customer service, seriously unsympathetic to your problems & will pass you on to someone else leaving you without Internet  they are appalling 

Exactly what happened 🤦 

BT were no help either! 

What a disaster of a company!
