EE took my money, gave me no internet, no help, and no compensation.
I became an EE customer less than a month ago, after being pressured into signing up in-store while I was there for a completely different reason. Within this short time, the service has become completely unusable, and I have now been left without internet for over a week.
I booked an engineer appointment and even had to take unpaid leave from work to be available at home. This resulted in a direct financial loss for me. Despite waiting the entire day, I received no update, no notification, and no visit. I have received no compensation or assistance for this situation.
When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide any meaningful help. They could not contact the engineer, they could not confirm or guarantee any appointment, they offered no alternative solution, and no support whatsoever. Instead, I was simply told that this is my problem. The fact that cancelling the contract would cost me several hundred pounds only adds insult to injury.
Online, I keep being given new and false dates for when the engineer is supposed to arrive: first 16th September, then 17th, then 19th, then 23rd, and most recently 25th September. I have no confidence this won’t be pushed back yet again.
I deeply regret allowing myself to be persuaded into signing up for EE. Before signing a contract, customers are pressured and promised service, but once the contract is signed, the support is either minimal or non-existent.
Today, I am making this formal complaint to demand that EE resolves this issue immediately. If the situation is not resolved, after 8 weeks I will escalate this to the Ombudsman and seek legal action if necessary.

@zsolti900 You may wish to direct it all through the store sales team and the store manager!

This public user discussion forum is not a means by which to lodge a formal complaint with EE, you would need to do so at the link provided by @Northerner above.
