I have moved house and still haven't got my Internet connected.... why is this?

@Cooper61 it is a good question, however this is not customer service, and no one on here has access to your account.
Why not give the Broadband Care Team a call in the morning, they should be able to let you know when your order is due if you have not already looked on your MYEE.
