New router set up

I tried setting up my new router this morning, but it keeps flashing aqua. Have tried turning off router, checking cables and resetting. Still no connection. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Just joined EE for broadband only. Been with EE for my mobile for few years now.  Had email confirming broadband has gone live. But still no solid aqua light.

@Juleslyn   are you transferring from another supplier or is this your first broadband service?

Have you gone with or without a phone line?

Transferring from another provider. It's all sorted now and working.
