Been moved over 4 weeks now and still no Internet connection.... so angry 😠

@Cooper61 Did you inform customer services of the move ? Did you get an installation ?

@Cooper61 alas no one on here has access to account information, but if you call the Broadband Care Team they should be able to tell you what is going on.
Often it is the previous occupent being a bit slow in cancelling their service which means no ISP can place an order on the line until the cease completes.
