Tonight I called up BT as I'm moving home soon and it turns out there's no fibre or any decent speeds in my new area. To save my gaming mad kids going mad she offered me the box that you can take anywhere with unlimited data for £50 per month. Now she told me on the call this was 5G and the speeds would be equal to that of fibre. But the confirmation email I just received states that it's 4G Home Unlimited. So am I not actually getting what she told me it'd be on the call? Now I'm confused 😅
