Broadband went down today, less than two weeks after full fibre being fitted, no issues throughout Xmas and then first day back working from home and service goes down completely! Whole house is connected to Wi-Fi, heating, sky glass, so no TV or hot water! EE fault customer service say next appointment is Thursday 4th January so I am unable to work, watch tv or have a shower until then?! Are they for real?? Had no such issues with Sky and will go back to them if they can’t get this fixed immediately!

That's the worrying thing if you think that's the way it's gonna go. It's madness putting your heating & hot water at the mercy of the exclusive control of your BB connection w/out any manual override.

Hopefully the service will resume by its self shortly, EE provide 4G backups for there routers, if your internet is mission critical, which is sounds like it is. then this may be a good option.

Thanks, I somehow was able to access EE Wi-Fi (not my router) until the problem with my router was fixed so not all bad.

- I have agreed to upgrade to full fibre broadband and new hub but very confused in Broadband & Landline
- Very slow response from one website on Windows PC - iPad fine in Broadband & Landline
- unable to see my bill everytime i receive an email from ee in Broadband & Landline
- FTTP upgrade in Broadband & Landline
- Contention differences between uncapped speed and capped speed in Mobile Broadband
