I've recently upgrade our broadband to full fibre 500. A technician came and was only able to do half the job beacuse aparently we have a blockage somewhere and he said he called someone else to come and finish the job (but didn't say when they would come except that we would get contacted regarding this issue). Just before leaving he said that he has left us with our old broadband since the new one has yet to be installed which i was fine with, but now the line has been cut by EE and we are stuck with no broadband and no calls regarding said issue. An explanations would be really helpfull as to why our broad band has been cut even though we haven't had our new one installed.

@elamilarska you will need to give the Broadband Care team a call as no one on here has access to your account or knows who you are.
