I’ve just set up my new router and the bit where it said connect to old devices I skipped it to do later!.. I want to connect old devices but I can’t figure out how to do it!. If I go to change Wi-Fi settings and change it back to my old 1  Wi-Fi and password will it do it like that?.. and will everything just connect? But it also says I’ll lose new Wi-Fi or if it goes wrong can it just be reset back 🤷‍♀️

Yes, just change the WiFi SSID and password of EE router to match those of previous router. While doing so make it note of EE router's original settings in case they ever get reset.
