To save setting up all of my devices & smart devices etc. Can I just change the SSID & Password of my new hub to match my old one?

Hey there @Manuker, you can make these changes both through the EE App if this is paired with your Hub, or also via the Hub Manager too.

I tried, couldn't access the app so rang support, the lady I spoke was lovely and tried to do it her end, was in the phone for over 30mins. She couldn't do it either and still can't access the app .... Come back plusnet all is forgiven 🙈

@Suzanneran Would have been logical to stay with PN, do the FF upgrade if needed and moved the Landline Phone to a VOIP provider for them to take care off..... The EE app is all tied into and interwoven with both your EE account and the EE Hub, not working you may or may not have skipped the step getting it all setup correctly. Is your EE ID working correctly and you set it up when EE requested you do that?
