New contract

Hi there,

I have just started a new contract with ee broadband, I was previously paying £51 pound out of contract not realising that I could upgrade and actually pay less!

Can you please tell me when I will start paying the new cost of £34.23 per month. My new contract started on the 23rd June, but the £51.00 had already come out on the 19th June.

You'll start paying the new contract from 23 June. You should get a refund for the old contract in your July bill of about £14.50.
