Hi, as an existing FFB Max 100 customer with a white smart router I am unable to access the new EE features advertised either online or via the app.  Are these new features available to me or is an upgrade required? Thanks.

HI  Parental controls to manage connections + Home, Work, Gaming new features.  I don't seem to have access to.anynof these features.

For parental Access Control you need the EE Home app, not the MyEE app.

Great, now have parental access on Home EE app.  I can't see any options for new gaming etc features.

@Rooneyj  I believe you would need the newer router as well.

EE have done a great job advertising loads of new toys, but not said so much about how to get them!

Yeah, agree.  Seems aimed at attracting new customers only. Now to find out how I go about upgrading my router. Thanks.

@Rooneyj  if you give the Broadband Care Team a call they should be able to let you know what options you have available.

Do let us know how you get on - it will help others in a similar situation.

The Gaming features require both a Smart Hub Plus and a Wi-Fi Enhancer subscription.
