Network Outage

Hello I’ve been without internet for eleven days apparently due to an external problem on the exchange in East Sussex. Is anyone else having similar issues? The fix date keeps getting delayed. Can we have an update please

@anatashais The public Forum has no knowledge of outage or repair times, you need to call EE CS and ask the question or wait until it get's back up.

Thanks as they don’t know I’m really here to find out if others are experiencing the same problem as it’s not normal to have no service for this long

@anatashais , where in East Sussex, I live in East Sussex and no problems where I am?
