I returned old bt kit on 27th August, it was delivered to EE on 29th August. I've not had confirmation you have received it. I can't text or email as both are do not reply.

@fraochy If you have posted, kept the receipt and tracked the delivery, that is all you need from your side that proof you have done your bit.👍

Hey there @fraochy.
Welcome to the EE Community!
Like @JimM11 has highlighted, provided you have proof that this was sent back to us, then you'll be able to highlight this with our team should the worst happen and you get a non-return charge.
We advise that equipment must come back to us within 60 days of your contract cancelling, but if you are charged and then return it a later date within 2 years, we're happy to refund any charges applied.
You can find all the details you need on these returns, along with how to reach out to our team, on the link below 😊

Thanks, I managed to find the text message EE sent me about delivery and replied to that- got message "Thanks, we have confirmed that your equipment has been returned. It might take a couple of days to update on our systems, so please ignore any further messages about this." So, all good!
