Broadband billing missing from account

Just gone online to view & print off my latest Broadband bill and it has totally disappeared from my account.  I have followed advice on the EE community by going to the "Manage Numbers" section in my Plans & Subscriptions.  I can locate my broadband via the account number but when I click on the button to  link it, it comes up with a strange web page:

https://api.ee.co.uk/v1/identity/authorize?response_type=code&scope=openid%20email%20profile&client_...

Can't get through on the phone at all - is it just me or are others having this problem?

@echesters Was your broadband account linked previous before you now had the error?

Yes, it's been linked absolutely fine for literally years. It was fine a
month ago when I printed off my last broadband bill but now, nothing - just
the backend website error.

@echesters Just checked my ee id, both broadband and landline billing available under Bills and Payments!

Unfortunately, all my Bills & Payments show is mine & my daughter's mobile
accounts. This is where I always used to access my Broadband bills /
account until a few days ago. It's really weird.

I have finally got through to EE and apparently everyone's accounts are
being migrated from My EE to EE ID. Some people - like me - have
temporarily (hopefully) lost access to part of their accounts online.
Hopefully, this will be restored as everything is migrated to the new
system. It's just a shame that no-one at EE has bothered communicating this
with customers.

@echesters Thanks for posting back, must be something to do with the legacy EE accounts moving to the new EE accounts system and do hope it all goes smooth, communicating from EE is not one of the splash blurbs!
