N11 engineer required

Tried to install superfast broadband, they couldn't as prob with sash. Now have no WiFi and ee said could take weeks to get n11 engineer out to fix problem with sash. They could reconnect to old WiFi. Anyone help?

@Troy36 this is not customer services and no one has access to your account. Not sure what an N11 engineer is, but if you ring the Broadband Care Team they should be able to update you.
