My not so welcome to EE.

I joined EE October 2nd their broadband and phone service. But I feel not so welcome. I've received no email to confirm my contract. No email with any information. I was told I'll recieve a letter in the post with an id* of some sort of a pin or Id* for checking my phone bill and my broadband information online. 2 weeks on I've recieved nothing! I check through their website. And there isn't even an email address that I can contact them on to explain my situation. What a rubbish welcome.

Perhaps there is a mistake when recording your email, or have you checked your junk folder?

I'm so sorry that things have started this way, and I know you'll be feeling disappointed. 

On the back of @Mustrum's advice, I would also suggest calling so the team can make sure you have everything you need.
