@Tara07 : If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?

You can check for any area issues by following: Service Status Checker | Check Network Problems in Your Area | EE

Outside of that I would double check all your cables etc to ensure all is OK there - as you have not given specifics of the HUB you are using or what service you have I cannot give any more specific guidance - although switching off your HUB and ONT if you have full fibre broadband for 3 minutes before restating everything would be a great first step.

I would perhaps considering contacting EE Technical support when they open (From 8AM) they will be able to run any checks and offer some specific guidance

Err that's so typical for a response from tech support or a bot, I did
that, I reset it too, nothing worked, but it fixed itself anyway. Thanks
for nothing!

if your alll being served by the same exchange same sort of area then this not your service or EE more likely to be a  wide spread outage im betting

Yes, mine went off at midnight too, must be a major outage? The service status is down, so I cannot check in my area.
