I'm sick to death of EE pulling the power. It's almost daily when an outage happens. You are always harping on about how good you are. Well you're not. And I'm getting out of here. Awful service.
My neighbour warned me not to go to EE but I didn’t listen. Every night the WiFi disconnects. I’m on the Full Fibre 900 core but it’s a nonsense. I’m in north London. Who else is affected? I only came over exactly 2 weeks ago and I wish I’d stayed with Virgin. Too late to cancel I’m guessing now.
The broadband has suddenly gone down, I've tried resetting it, I've switched it off and left bit for 60 seconds and it's still down, I'm paying £25.99 for what, I call the customer service and get put on hold for nearly an hour
