I paid my bill over 24 hours ago and have tried to resolve this issue of getting my Internet back via the text help and having my router troubleshooted from EE side but it is still not working ??

I had paid my bill over 24 hours ago now and my internet still won’t turn back on. How can I have this resolved asap?

@Kismatj0506 Depending on the method of payment, it may be up to 5 days before its back on, do you wish me to find the help page, or do you want to do that yourself?

I paid 24hours ago. Checked online banking payment has gone threw but I’m still restricted from my broadband.
