My broadband account number

I have looked apone looked for my account number and found it nowhere even tried phoning them no joy at all every email from them have no account number on them at all this is just ridiculous.........I need my acc number

If you download an EE Bill it will be on that

I can't find bill as it's asking for my account number..... .. I'm so
frustrated with them

@Ewan15 : You can't read a bill to see the a/c no. until you have linked your BB to your EE a/c. To do so requires your a/c no. Catch 22!

@Sandysandy : Your a/c no. will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

XRaySpeX  I just went to the EE App ->View My Bill-> Download as PDF and my account no is visible on the bill.

Alternatively the MY BT app shows your EE account no on the front screen.

Whilst I migrated from BT I have never needed to enter an Account No and my BT one just changed to become the new EE one.

Yes, @Ewan15 , that's cuz you've already linked your BB to your a/c using your a/c no. but the OP can't as thay don't know their a/c no.
