Hi 

we are a business and since starting with EE we have not been receiving invoices. payments are being taken but no invoices to pit against them.

I have tried to call and sort this out but was told all the systems are down.

can anyone help me to get this sorted out?

It is a little strange that they couldn't find the account, but if they were having system trouble it may not have been playing ball as expected.

It would be best to speak to the team again when you can, just so they can make sure your online account is set up fully for you to access it, and also look at the best way for you to get your invoices each month.

Do you mean you are not being sent them or you can't find them anywhere? Your bills are shown in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments. They are not to sent to you but you'll receive an email saying they are ready.

Thank you for your response.

We thought this may be the case.

We have tried logging into our account and nothing comes up, only that we have set the online account up, so there are no areas showing. we have not received any emails regarding the bills either. Also on calling EE yesterday they couldn't find our account but the money is being taken each month. We were told that no one could help us yesterday as the business system was down.

We will have to try calling again! Just wasn't shaw if there would be another way of sorting this as you can be waiting quite a while to get to speak with someone.
