Can you please tell me if the 1.6Gb broadband is available for people switching from BT broadband Full fibre at the advertised cost before the price rise on the 1st Apr.
As I’m reading it’s only available to NEW customers only and not transfers from BT.

Found out from BT after getting 2 emails and a text from BT. But the 1.6gb Broadband is only available as a NEW contract, and not an internal transfer.
And then to rub salt into the wounds, the EE system had flagged my account as having 2 reminders for a missed bill.
So now I’ve got to wait another 24 hours for the flag to be removed & then try and get 900mb minus the activation fee as an apology for being given the run around.
