Move broadband to EE

Hi,

when I agreed to move my broadband to EE i was told that EE would pay my vancellation fee. This has not happened and BT have taken £30 From my bank to cover this.

how do i claim this back from EE

EE will pay up to £50 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Broadband Contract Buyout from Old ISP.
