Just to inform you that I have lost all connection with my BT internet tonight and all my family. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour by your company. This is not the first time I've lost internet. I'm paying enough money to yourselves in this struggling times. I know now that I'll be changing companies in the future. Not a happy customer.

@Domlinford : You do realise this is the EE Community, not BT? You should be raising this with BT Retail and/or the BT Community.
However, if you would like us to have a shot at it:-
Have you just joined BT BB or were you already with BT BB?
What lights are showing on the router?
What does it say after you log into the router:
- For a Smart Hub: on the Advanced Settings > Broadband > Internet page?
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage BT have got to.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router?
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

My family has had no internet all night. Will I be given a refund to my account. No answers, my complaints deleted from the EE forum. Looks like me and my family will be saying goodbye to EE shortly. No honour with EE.
