Move broadband from House A to House B but there is no broadband at House B

I joined BT and now become EE. My plan is going to finish in May 2026. I have to move house in October this year so I will continue my plan until finish. However, there is no broadband line in the new house. The house did conversion and the current line removed and the house being unoccupied for long time before handover to me. How can I use the broadband without disruption because I have to work from home and my kids need to do some online lessons after school. That’s why consistent broadband is extremely important to all of my family. Without broadband a day like living in the hell for a year. How awful is the situation is, I thrink it’s not difficult to imagine. Could anyone give me a good way to solve my problem, please?

You carry out a Home Move with EE & the necessary BB line will be installed if at all possible.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your new addy? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
