@Ru521 : This "network security key" can only be the WiFi pwd. There is no other key needed.
Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then on the Advanced > Advanced Wireless page you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.
