I am being charged £84.99 for Full Works: Fibre 67 broadband , this seems a lot to pay for broadband, plus why do they say its fibre when it comes through in the normal way, i thought fibre was under ground ?

BB can come underground or over ground. BB can be partial Fibre or Full Fibre. You have partial Fibre.

@M1X3R it’s fibre to the cabinet then it’s an analog phone line to your home, you also say you’ve got the full works which means you’ve got EE TV and you’ve got the full package for TV, Top top package available. So you’re also paying for that.

@Chris_B I would suspect it is a Fibre 67 Full Works Broadband package (which can be rather expensive but includes a range of additional benefits to suit) rather than BB + TV. The OP mentions the price being for their Broadband with no mention of TV.
Full Works TV alone is £80pm, and would be well over £100pm when the BB is added in.

If you check my reply to Chris_B you will see a link to the range of additional benefits on a Full Works Broadband plan, which you can compare to the features of an Essentials or All Rounder plan. Being on this plan and the included features would be one reason for your price seeming high compared to the usual plans which do not include anything additional. The Full Works features include Smart WiFi (Wi-Fi extenders), Smart Hybrid Connect (4G Backup), Cyber Security Multi, included Expert Visits and more which ordinarily are not included on a lower package and would instead come at an additional cost if you wanted to add them.
Unfortunately if you've agreed to the deal you will be subject to that for the remainder of your minimum term.
Towards the end of your minimum term (last 30-90 days) you will be in your recontracting window and able to discuss a more suitable package with EE - downgrading from Full Works at that point will involve the loss of some of these additional benefits and require the return of some of this additional equipment to EE.
