Monthly bill increased from £35 to £51

AnnieG2210

I was quoted at my door 35.00 with no change for 2 years! That was the only reason I signed up to E.E , my latest bill is 51.00 something pence ! Will somebody please explain to me why , please don't ask me to ring because I can never get through. I have to tend to a sick child who is back and forth from hospital , please explain why my price has increased from when I signed up at my door!? Very disgruntled customer and will be changing as soon as it is possible.  E.E try getting your sales people to tell the truth. She told me NO way would the price rise.

@AnnieG2210   alas no one on here has access to account information, so have no idea what you signed up for. All of the EE broadband and mobile contracts have had annual increases for a number of years now.

Did you get any paperwork when you signed up?

You could try texting GUIDE to the number in the Help page and someone should ring you back, otherwise you will need to call CS.

@AnnieG2210 What bill is it, perhaps is it the first one, some additional charges like delivery of the router, adjustment for extra days to align a starting date, and the future bills then go to your £35 after this period, you should be able to see it all laid out on the pdf for the bill.

1st Apr 2026 do expect the annual increase so be aware, all discounts will be for the 24 months....
