Migrating from BT to EE

Good morning, I am Mike,

While speaking with EE mobile on Monday about contract pricing,
I was convinced that I should move my broadband package, which
started while on the phone, after all the form filling etc., I was told
that I didn't have to do anything, all would happen automatically, if
this is fact, why have I received a message on my phone, telling me
how to set up Broadband?

Thank you for reading this and for any replies.
Mike.

I was going to mention the bills, Jim, the man who did all the
advising while I filled in forms, told me that he was including
my mobile contract in with the Broadband, which is free for
three months, but I got a bill from EE for the phones, also a
separate bill for the BB/TV etc., I need to keep an eye for
next moth, though I think that there might be another on the
15th, that is my chosen date, monthly for paying bills, goes
back to when I was working.

Mike.

@McSkirmish That's the way you will find it, 2 separate bills one for each product and the EE way off doing so, billing goes a bit skew whiff for a few cycles and then all settles in to stride.

Lot depends on what you settled with on the mobiles, i did the 1 month rolling contract 2 phones in the package me and the good lady, included everything unlimited, speed limited to 10mb/s and £20 / month all in, no issues apart from the poor EE signal at home, so wi-fi calling was VERY important, but no real issues with the mobile.
