@leighchampion Mobile accounts are separate from broadband accounts, so there is one for each, what is it specifically you wish to do regarding the accounts?

There's no data gifting from a BB plan like there is with mobiles within a Family Plan. The BB will have its own bill.

Hey @leighchampion, welcome to the EE Community 👋

As @JimM11 and @XRaySpeX have highlighted, broadband and mobile accounts are handled through separate billing systems, so you'll always receive separate bills for these.

You should be able to manage both accounts and view your bills through the one account though.

If you log into the EE app for your mobile, do you see the option to add your broadband on the front screen?
Peter

I do, but the mobile family plan is under my wife's name and the broadband is under mine. I wanted to bring the mobiles under my name so I've got it all in one placeSent from my Galaxy

Thanks @leighchampion, I'm afraid this won't be possible at present if that's the case.

To merge two online accounts the personal details need to match exactly, so you would need to complete a legal change of ownership on one of the two accounts in order to do this.

This is certainly something our customer care team can sort, but it does require credit checks and a new account being created for whoever takes over the second account.

Peter

The current owner of the a/c, your wife, wishing to be moved needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. The other person, you,  will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for that contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for the other to quote when they call.
