Having been with BT for my broadband I was informed by the store that all by customers were being migrated to EE I made it clear that as my contract with BT was due to expire I did not wish to be tied up for another term, unknown to me this is what the store done.

@Harryf3 You need to go take it up with the store and the store manager, as that is where you did it all!
