Mesh WiFi Hub

Hi,

I’ve just switched from BT Broadband to EE.

Previously, I had a BT Router and a Black Disc which created a mesh network.

I now have a Smart Hub (SH31B) and have a white Smart WiFi extender (SW10A) which I assumed would do the same as my old BT disc.

I can’t connect the SW10A so am wondering if the 2 bits of kit I have are incompatible?

Smart WiFi Plus is its marketing name. It looks near identical to the SW10A with slightly different orientation of buttons etc. on the back.

I doubt many are in circulation.

Not compatible. You would need an SW30A.

Did EE send you the SW10A as part of the switch? If so, they shouldn't have done 😕

Thanks so much!

No, picked it up on ebay for £50 - no real issue as I can stick it back on there and get my money back.

The SW30A - does that go by any other name or anything as I'm struggling to locate one?
