Hi,
I've just moved from BT to EE - I asked if the btinternet.com e-mails would continue to work (using IMAP) and was told yes.
They do seem to still work but when I try to check the managemnt of them on the BT.com website I get a message:
You cannot access this page as you are not the registered billing account holder.
Get help here
The get help here link doesn't go anywhere.
Please can you confirm that the IMAP function will continue to work and how I manage the e-mail accounts.
Thanks

Hi @AndyV11, you should still continue to have the same access to your emails check out What happens to my BT Email and BT Cloud if I move... - BT Community.
If you need any assistance with this contact the BT email team at: https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/email
Cheers

Hi again @AndyV11, I'm disappointed to hear you're continuing to struggle with this.
Are you continuing to see this same error today?

Thanks for checking that, @AndyV11
We don't have system access to assist with email accounts via this public forum, but if you get back in touch with the BT Email support team, they'll be able to continue on with investigating everything.
