Managing EE Broadband Wifi Not Working / Loading

Has anyone yet had an update on not being able to manage Wifi Devices on the EE app?

Having switched from BT to a 'better' EE package last year, the EE app is absolutely uselss when compared the the BT app where you could see / manage all connected devices - really wishing I hadn't switched over now.

Still having issues too, apparently it's an ongoing and very long unresolved issue.  Very disappointing!

Thanks for coming here. 

Are you able to view your broadband bills OK?

Have you tried rebooting or factory resetting the hub? please be aware if you factory reset the hub and you have digital voice you will loose any saved contacts.

What app are you using ?  Is it labelled just EE or is it labelled EE home ?    The EE home home is only for the white smart router and the EE app is for the black smart hub plus.      The EE app works perfectly for me with the smart hub plus.
