Unable to access account on app or website

Signed up for EE tv, phone and broadband.  Unable to access my account to view my TV package and activate discovery +/tnt.  

When using app it says “we’re having trouble loading this page” and when using website (on different browsers) it says “This service isn’t working right now. We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.”

Any help or guidance recommended as just going around in loop.

@Jones-81 When did you sign up? And is your package now active.

Hi Jim,

 

Signed up on 4th August and package was fully activated on 19th (been able to watch now Tv since 4th) but can’t activate TNT etc or view account due to error.

also need to contact to activate/find out how to get the Xbox game pass with broadband package.

Was hoping to manage it through App or website.

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble managing your account. 

So we can check how this is all set up at our end, I'd recommend giving our customer care team so they can take a look into how this is all set up at our end. 

If needs be they can help you ensure all of your extras are activated too.
