MSO in Tetbury

So broadband goes down 12:00 24/2/26 and despite repeated assurances it will be up and running by end of day we are now at 14:13 on 27/2/26 still with no return to normal service.

EE guides advise a MSO ref. IMT18612/26 raised and Openreach on the case🤔.

Still can't get an update and the EE status on there website says it will be fixed by 15:14 on 25/2/26!!! Absolute joke.

Is there anyone at EE / Openreach with the authority to get an update and actually get something done?

@ICKY55 NO, no way to get whatever is needed done any quicker.

So much for them claiming to the #1 broadband and customer service provider for 24 years and counting 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It would be the same for any ISP in the same situation.
