Loosing wifi access on street, shops, even at home

  • Loosing wifi access on street, shops and even at home, when i have to reconnect manually. And I have plenty of data

What shall I do?

Thanks for coming here. 

You won't use data if you are trying to connect to WiFi, or are you unable to access any data on your device?

   @PCHom  There is two ways to connect to the internet from your device.  One is via Wi-Fi and that is a signal from a router, and that’s when you’ll see this icon or similar to this on your device

 The other way your device connects to the internet is via EEs network this is  how you use up your data allowance.  This is shown on your device as the network signal you receive on your device.    

 What device are you using ?
