I am a new EE customer with a 24 month sim only deal. How do I link my BT Broadband account to get 10% discount on my mobile bill. The salesman in store could not do it when I took out my EE account and I have been going round in circles online ever since. TIA

Gosh BT - pull your socks up or risk looking like BRITAIN'S SNEAKIEST FIBBERS! We too were given false promises when listening to the pitch to switch to BT broadband. For one thing we were told we would no longer have to pay £7.50 per month for BT Premium email if we signed up for BT BB package. After HOURS of investigation, this turned out to be UNTRUE. But worse yet - we were strongly encouraged to switch my granddaughter's mobile contract to (BT owned EE) because she would get a 'double data deal' (50GB +50GB) . We FELL for this and still she has only 50gb pm - NO CLUE how to get the promised extra 50GB. We can't wait until the contract ends - until then we have 18 more months of KICKING OURSELVES for FALLING FOR BT's WHOPPERS.

Hi @perrymary42
I am very sorry to hear this has happened.
When was the BT Broadband activated?

Rang 150 and no one appears to know how to do this?
It should be so simple a link from EE to BT or vice versa

I have exactly the same problem, could you provide me with the details on how to link EE and BT accounts please?

It's a BT offer telling you to do things to your MyBT a/c. So you need to consult BT, not EE, as to how to achieve it.

I am an existing BT bb customer and now a new EE Sim customer.
I woukd like also to link both so I have just one place to go.

@McHornet : You can't! They are separate firms with their own online a/c's. You manage your EE mobiles with your MyEE while your BT BB is managed under your MyBT.
