Limiting internet acsses for kids

Hi

I would like to be able to mange the amount of hours and time that my children can use there Xboxes /gaming devices /can i limit and manage that with out loosing the internet fort both me and my Husband who have to work. I could do this with BT so i am hoping that this is possible now
