Poor image quality + buffering

Connected EE Smart Hub Plus with Smart WiFi Plus this evening having been with BT for 2 yrs plus.

BT connection was full fibre 900, now on EE 1 gig.

Image quality is poor & streaming buffers. Very disappointing.

Ive got 13 days to cancel to contract. Still have BT kit.

Suggestions gratefully appreciated. Any comments from EE can save being patronising.

What happens to image quality and buffering if you swap the BT kit in?
