I was told i would get faster speeds, better service etc. My BT Fibre was really steady no problems never dropped out. Then was convinced by BT to switch to EE as would be better.
Its shocking! huge packet loss, massive fluctuations in actual real speed (not daft speed they claim to hub)
Ive spoken to Tech help who promised to get me an engineer out. Heard nothing since even they they assured me id recieve a call/text confirming visit.
I want to go back to BT Fibre. Help!!!

@andyh100 Going back will not be an option, if you are a recent change did you replace the equipment as you do not say. EE FF is rock solid as far as i can see.

new EE hub and boosters around home to mirror exactly what BT did. Even had an engineer come to set it up so it was right straight away
Why cant i go back? Im inside the 14days and they dont seem bothered to arrange an engineer

Your 14 days post-activation is for cancellation of service and not reversal to a previous service. As far as I can remember the part about not being able to go back to your previous service is specifically set out in the terms and conditions when you place your order to transfer from BT to EE.
EE should be able to solve your issue, it is not inherent to the service, as many others can attest to their connection being reliable and not encountering the same issues.

@andyh100 Put all the BT equipment back on, it functions fine with the EE Service.

will it?

@andyh100 Yes, BT Router works on the EE service, your BT smart wireless if that is what you have work with your BT router, if the setup with the EE kept all your old BT ssid and password's, then it is even simpler task as it should be EE out and BT in.
The new EE is a matching set, router/extenders go together, no mixing and matching so don't even try that. If EE/BT have asked for a return of equipment and you decide that the BT is way better for whatever reason, then call EE CS and let them know what you are returning and why.

Well you can but try! It was a suggestion trying to help you rather than questioning it.

The 'daft' speed to the hub is what EE is supplying you with. Variations in speed from it within the home is down to the WiFi, if not the devices.
